INSTRUMENTS
LC-MS/MS
The LC-MS/MS is a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer has helped improve the efficiency of drug discovery due to its high sensitivity, throughput and specificity. The high performance of the LCMS improves data quality, saves time and increases laboratory productivity. High sensitivity of mass spectrometry provides the information for identification, precise quantification of compounds, improve analytical throughput in food and chemical analysis. The LC-MS technique is useful for the detection of multi-residue analysis of mycotoxins and pesticide in food samples.
HPLC
High-performance liquid chromatography is a technique in analytical chemistry used to separate, quantify, qualify or purify single components from a sample containing various analytes in different matrices. HPLC is a form of liquid chromatography are able to quantitatively analyze substances in mixtures containing multiple ingredients by separating and detecting target substances.
Preparative HPLC
Preparative HPLC is a powerful technique for the isolation and purification of variety of natural products, pharmaceutical compounds, chemicals and biological molecules. It is used to fraction high-purity compounds required for subsequent evaluation, analysis, and processes in the shortest possible time.
Laboratory Fume Hood
Laboratory Fume Hood, is acclaimed as the most perfect and effective way of preventing research workers from getting exposed to harmful chemicals and contaminants. The hood basically eradicates harmful chemical fumes, odors and vapours, which is generated during the laboratory process work and extraction work.
KJELDAHL
The Kjeldahl method is an analytical method for the quantitative determination of nitrogen in chemical substances. The Kjeldahl methods universality, precision and reproducibility have made it the internationally recognized method for estimating the protein content in foods.
Analytical Balance
The analytical balance introduces versatile sample weighing ideal for routine testing and analysis. It delivers accurate and precise performance. The balance assures weighing precision because of its internal calibration. Sample mass variations with its 0.1 mg readability.
Evaporative Light Scattering Detector
ELSD provide a Universal and powerful detection mode for Liquid Chromatography which can detect any non-volatile analyte. ELSD is used as a valuable alternative to Refractive Index and UV/Vis detection and is also considered as relevant complementary equipment to LC/MS.
Flash Chromatography
Flash Chromatography, also called as “Medium pressure chromatography”. An air pressure driven hybrid of medium and short column chromatography optimized for rapid separation. Assure good sample separations due to the integration of TLC image reader and smart flash.
Nitrogen Evaporator
Nitrogen evaporator is a precision sample concentrator by nitrogen purging. It is a newly designed sample concentrator for multiple sample pre-concentration of in organic media. It provides constant flow and constant temperature to ensure good evaporation.
Aumotic Molecular Imaging
CCD imager with a cooled CCD camera for chemiluminescent western blot imaging, blue/UV based DNA & protein stains, and imaging of colorimetric stains and markers.
Automated Clinical Chemistry Analyser
The RX imola is a random access benchtop analyser with a throughput of 400 photometric tests per hour or 560 tests per hour including ISEs. The instrument is highly efficient in analyzing samples of serum, plasma, urine, cerebrospinal fl uid, and/or other body fluids.
Fluorescent Microscopy
